It can be so hard getting people to join your website. I have turned my community to join our site and they turned it down because we are a small town and they said that they did not need all that extra advertising. My question is what’s their problem? Its a free website to join and you receive your own profile and url. And thousands of ways to connect with others.
I’ve always said “you have to start somewhere in order to grow and reach your goals.” Well, my community sure is not helping. They did not even give me a chance to get my “foot in the door” with a presentation or a chance to give a demonstration of how to use the site. I even offered to go around to the local businesses on my days off and set their profile up for them for free. That did not work either….
We have a great thing going with spotabusiness.com so for those of you who are interested in having a free profile and url that you can give out as an extra to your customers, please join! I just do not understand my community, why not use something that is at your disposal for free????
